Kullanımı: Örnekte doğrudan M.tuberculosis varlığının gösterilmesinde kullanılır. Bu yöntemle, örnekte 1 basil/ml yoğunluğunda bile tanı konulabilmektedir. En önemli avantajı hızlı tanı olanağı sağlamasıdır.
